Lot 3 Twelve Ridges Way

The first residence at Twelve Ridges, a Bohlin Cywinski Jackson design, has sold. The next one is planned on Lot 6, with construction expected to start this fall, and the Reserve has just released two more homesites. Lot 3 is one of the three premium-view homesites, and the one with the two-sided view: 4.03 acres looking east across the Blue Ridge to The Priest, Apple Orchard and Three Ridges, and west over the Shenandoah Valley toward Lexington. Septic and well sites are identified; fiber, electricity and driveway are in place, and recorded covenants protect the character of the neighborhood. Beside 12 Ridges Vineyard, Virginia's highest, and bordered by hundreds of acres of protected land and National Forest, the privacy and the views are permanent. Hike from your door, ride the Parkway, fish native trout streams, and watch a truly dark sky. Under an hour to Charlottesville, about 40 minutes to Staunton or Lexington, 20 to Wintergreen. Five homesites are offered in this release; Lots 1 and 2 are cleared and ready to walk.
