About Rachael Livermore

Rachael grew up on a small farm in the storied horse country of Middleburg, Virginia, graduating from Foxcroft School before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University. She then spent 10 years traveling across the US and Europe as head groom and manager for a 5* event rider - honing her skills in managing complex logistics, leading a team of staff, and maintaining sponsor and client relationships - before moving to Charlottesville to pursue her passion for real estate. 

With experience buying and selling horse properties everywhere from the Shenandoah Valley to the Northern Neck, as well as working with out of state buyers, Rachael loves to help fellow horsemen find their perfect Virginia property. Being centrally located means no part of the state is out of reach! Rachael also enjoys helping first time home buyers and walking them through the often daunting process of buying their first home.

Rachael continues to actively ride and compete, and also assists with the management of several popular Eventing competitions. She loves to travel, meet new people, and tour historic properties. One of her favorite things about the Charlottesville area are all of the amazing restaurants!"
