Duffy Birckhead joined Wiley Real Estate as a partner in January of 2017. Joining Peter and Justin Wiley was a natural transition after working with both brothers for the majority of his Real Estate career. Together, they will continue to work with clients, offering their 45 years of combined local experience to each transaction.
After receiving a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia, he began his 16-year career in the Real Estate business with Frank Hardy Inc., where he successfully closed millions of dollars' worth of deals ranging from residential homes in Charlottesville to large land and estate offerings in the surrounding counties. As a lifelong resident of Albemarle County, Duffy has an inherent knowledge of the area and local insight in the Real Estate community. He offers exceptional customer service while holding the interests of his clients in the highest regard. By having a positive working relationship with agents, attorneys, and other professionals in the Real Estate community, Duffy is often able to complete a transaction without a property being actively on the market.
