Licensed since 2017, Donna entered real estate after many years in her family’s business, Waugh Enterprises Harley‑Davidson. Her transition into the industry was a natural one built on the belief that strong relationships and trust are the foundation of every successful transaction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Randolph‑Macon College and is also a licensed Notary. Donna approaches every listing and purchase, regardless of size, with the same level of professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail.
A lifelong resident of Orange, Donna offers extensive knowledge of the town, county, and surrounding areas. Her commitment to community service is reflected in her leadership roles, including past president of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, the Business and Professional Women’s Club, and the Jr. Women’s Club of Orange. She has served on the Orange County School Board and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Orange and St. Thomas Episcopal Church. Donna currently serves as an elected council member for the Town of Orange.
One of her most meaningful accomplishments is founding the Orange County Children’s Toy Box, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has provided Christmas gifts to local children every year since 1991.
Outside of her professional life, Donna enjoys cooking and entertaining, spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing spades. She is proud to be part of a team that values integrity, creativity, exceptional service, and continuous learning.
